I have approximately 20 untouched, undeveloped acres for lease or sale to
interested wine grape growers for vineyard. The property is located 1.8
miles from other large vineyards between Hwy 175 and Wildcat Rd., in an
unincorperated area of Kelseyville, CA.. The property includes 3 springs
and sit on Cole Creek. There is plenty of water resources for frost
protection, etc.. There is an old 940 gallon water storage tank sits on the
property and was used to pump water from Cole Creek in the past.
